At NovaRising I was one half of a duo that conducted a full channel review of all digital marketing activity for the Gala Coral Group.
SEO, Paid Search, Online Display, Affiliate, eCRM and Analytics activity together with design and development processes were reviewed for the entire Gala Coral online marketing department (Gala Bingo, Gala Casino and Eurobet brands).
We interviewed staff, studied results across all marketing channels and produced a full digital strategy that boosted ROI by re-adjusting the budget and giving detailed optimisation recommendations for each channel.
In addition we presented an emerging technologies workshop that taught best practice and highlighted potential new areas they could exploit, in particular, Conversion Rate Optimisation technology to boost the effectiveness campaigns by optimising the customer journey on the website.
